He is personally involved with every aspect of the work, communicating directly with the work crews and his office all day. Michael is in charge of ordering all deliveries and materials along with picking the right crew every morning to ensure the proper experience. Excellent! Every detail was meticulously spelled out in their contract even to the extent of describing the material that the nails were made of (BTW stainless steel painted) as well as the thickness and supplier of the aluminum and the distance and type of hangers. Nothing was left to misinterpretation or mis-communication. The aesthetics of the workmanship is flawless and after the recent heavy rains I can say so is the function of the gutters, no leaks and no spill overs. Very happy and satisfied with the results. BTW also didn't have to pick up anything afterwards, they completely cleaned up everything, Louis & his crew were great!

I cannot say enough good things about Moore Construction. They were incredibly responsive from my first call and Mike, the owner, came out to my house a few days later. He took a look at my roof, explained to me what was wrong and my options for fixing it. Most impressive, (unlike other contractors) he explained that I could repair the problem without a tear off (just yet at least). In other words, Mike voluntarily passed up the opportunity to sell me a much bigger, more costly (and no doubt lucrative) job. From there, everything went smoothly. The workers were at my house as scheduled, did not leave a trace of debris, and the folks at Moore were extremely proactive about communicating with me about scheduling, scope of work, etc. Joanne, the Office Manager, deserves a shout out for being great. In short, I've dealt with dozens of contractors on just about every possible issue, and my experience with Moore, from beginning to end, was the best experience I've had. I don't look forward to the day when I have to put on a new roof, but I don't dread it nearly as much knowing that I know who I'll call to do it. Trust me - Moore Construction are the folks you want.

I normally don't post reviews online, but these guys did such a good job and I felt compelled to do so. First, Luis came out and was very helpful as he put together the estimate for patching up leaks and doing general roof maintenance. Next, the team came out on time (Humberto and two other guys), and were very professional and efficient as they did their work. Their communication was fantastic throughout and they showed before and after pictures as the day progressed. Overall, they were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
